Our property consists of 41 buildings (92 townhomes) with a combination of duplex and quadruplex configurations. All are two stories, with cedar siding, rear decks, and metal garage doors. The HOA Board of Managers oversees re-painting of the complex; the most recent was contracted to Kerwick Painting Service Inc. and completed this month.
A thorough search of paint contractors was conducted; Kerwick Painting was chosen in great part due to the outstanding letters of recommendation accompanying the response to our RFP. We can now, very confidently and happily, add ours to the collection!
First, the level of professionalism of his crew and the attention to detail by Mr. Kerwick himself was all as promised. The job was completed within the contracted time period and no short cuts were taken to accomplish that goal. No small task, as our basic requirements are complicated and, in addition, required a significant amount of coordination with siding repair contractors.
Throughout the process, Mr. Kerwick and his employees were quick to address all unpredicted circumstances. We also have the inevitable “difficult” owners and his ability to navigate through their problems was most impressive and always resulted in those owners adding to the affirmative complements regarding the work.
Finally, as has been noted by previous clients, Mr. Kerwick is very knowledgeable of what paint and caulking is best for the beach environment, how and when it should be applied and he provides experienced crews to insure that it is rendered properly.
Kerwick Painting’s focus on customer service and pride taken in the finished product has resulted in a very high quality rejuvenation of the appearance of our townhomes and an extremely satisfied HOA.
